Ingredients:
4 oz (113g) smoked salmon
2 cups arugula (42g) or rmaine
1 handful halved cherry tomatoes.
1/2 small avocado, diced
1 tbsp (10g) hemp hearts
1 tbsp (10g) sesame seeds
1/2 tbsp (7g) olive oil lemon juice to taste Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine salmon, arugula, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and hemp hearts together in a bowl.
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper together and drizzle over salad.
