Savory Smoked Salmon Salad

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz (113g) smoked salmon

  • 2 cups arugula (42g) or rmaine

  • 1 handful halved cherry tomatoes.

  • 1/2 small avocado, diced

  • 1 tbsp (10g) hemp hearts

  • 1 tbsp (10g) sesame seeds

  • 1/2 tbsp (7g) olive oil lemon juice to taste Salt and pepper to taste


Directions:


  1. Combine salmon, arugula, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and hemp hearts together in a bowl.

  2. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper together and drizzle over salad.
