Cancellation Policy

Wellness Retreat Policy: We are committed to providing a peaceful, transformative, and rejuvenating experience for all guests. To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants, we ask everyone to adhere to the following policies: 1. Reservations and Cancellations: The full balance is due at the time of your appointment to secure your reservation. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers. This is a rain or shine event. 2. ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES: Check in at 8am on the outdoor Event Green Space located at Sunseeker Resort. Please bring your own Mat for the day. 3. Wellness Presenters: Participation in all activities and workshops is optional. Please listen to your body and communicate with instructors if you need modifications or adjustments during sessions. 4. Health and Safety: For the safety of all guests we ask that you disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations before attending the retreat. If you haver any dietary needs, allergies, or restrictions please inform sat the time of booking so we may accommodate. 5. Respect and Environment: Our retreat is a peaceful sanctuary, we ask all guests to respect the tranquility of the space. Please silence phones and loud conversations in common areas. 6. Behavior: We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment. Disrespectful behavior towards staff or fellow guests will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the retreat without a refund. 7. Liability: By participating in the retreat, you agree to release Pilates Port Charlotte and Wellness Retreat from liability for injuries or accidents that may occur. We are excited to welcome you to Harbor Haven Pilates + Wellness Retreat, where every moment is designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit.
