Welcome to your Clean Eating Challenge! Over the next four weeks, you'll implement two different challenges per week. These tips build upon each other, meaning each week you'll add additional clean eating tools to your toolkit. By the end of the four weeks, you'll have new eating habits that'll benefit your health for years to come. Yes! You have made the first step to improving your eating habits and cleaning up your nutrition just by joining this challenge. My hope for you is that by the end of the four week challenge you will have learned the true meaning of “clean eating” and developed habits that will carry through to a lifestyle of clean eating. Here are the logistics of the challenge: Each week you will get one email with TWO new challenges to implement that week. Each challenge that you implement, you will carry through to the next weeks. For example, if one of the challenges is to incorporate one vegetable into every meal (yes including breakfast), you will continue to do this through the remaining weeks of the challenge. This challenge will help teach you how to structure your eating habits and ways for a healthy, clean diet. Rather than a set meal plan which would fade after the challenge, you will gain life long skills and strategies. This may mean a little more work up front, for much longer lasting results.
